Like a bear hunting for honey, we have been constantly on the search for good, quality video content. What we came across was some extremely good content which was exorbitantly priced or really low quality ones with a price to match.
We had found a vacuum that needed to be effectively filled. Thus, Mettle Minds was founded with a simple motto of providing cost effective quality video content. This is the brainchild of go-getters Sreehari and Nisha who also happen to be partners in life too!
We believe an effective video is one that even a child can understand.
To achieve this, you have to imagine with the honesty and resilience of a child. Giving a freehand to the team and their creative process, we have only one clause; whatever be the idea, it hits the nail on the head!

Sreehari Venugopal
Nisha Nandakumar
Hari was born in Cochin, Kerala.
A shy baby (not for long though!)
Bachelors of Commerce – Bharat Mata College, Cochin.
More out of class than in it.
His first job was to test his fresh Marketing knowledge.
He honed his skills and learnt a few more.
He learned his first words at Choice School, Cochin.
Teacher’s pet or so he claims
Completed MBA at Madras University, Chennai.
Saw the light of Marketing (cue the harp!)
Found Boxing, his wife and the company.
Exactly in that order!
Nisha was born in Cochin, Kerala.
A fussy baby (or so her mother claims)
Bachelors in Communicative English at St. Teresa’s College, Cochin.
Still smiles mysteriously(claims to be innocent?)
Experienced the world of filmmaking at her first Job.
Found a friend in her boss and mentor.
Started her schooling in “Gelf”.
Discovered the art of sniffing old and new books(yup, weirdo alert!)
Masters in Mass Communication at Indira School of Communication, Pune.
Gave her heart to Pune, filmmaking and writing.
Found food, husband and the company.
Realised too late that he loved exercise (she doesn’t!)

A juggernaut in the advertising realm, Jovan has the quirkiest ideas that works for our clients. With an eye for detail akin to none, his reign over the mystical deserts of Dubai prevails.
Mary
With her sweet smile and incredible patience, Mary is our graphic design and brand communications expert. Her passion for offering a new perspective on marketing laterals makes her the perfect addition.
Mansi
At 100 miles an hour, Mansi has a mind and a mouth that race one another constantly. Her intuitive understanding of client requirements helps us work efficiently and effectively.
Tobith
As a passionate crusader for the latest production technology, Tobith is the missing piece to our media puzzle. He has technical knowledge that revs us to reach for our creative zenith.
ANIK
A maverick editor and animator, Anik is goofy and polite all rolled into one! A keen eye for details, he surprises us with his unique take on projects.
Iggy
Iggy is a wizard in the art of visualisation. A hard worker with a quirky perspective, Iggy takes all the projects to a whole new level with his illustrations.
